Our client, a print manufacturing business specializing in large format printed graphics, is looking for someone to help grow their business and expand their impressive client base.
The Company
A trusted name in the industry—historically, all work has come through referrals and word of mouth.
Specializes in events & exhibitions, retail campaigns, window displays, corporate events, and signage.
Key clients include end users and agencies: major banks through to high-end footwear and global sports brands.
A small but tight-knit team, including production, design, and support roles, creating a collaborative and laid-back office environment.
The Role
As the Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by:
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities across events, retail, and corporate sectors.
- Building strong relationships with clients, from agencies to major brands.
- Leveraging the company’s in-house production capabilities (detailed plant list to be provided to suitable candidates).
- Developing and executing sales strategies to help the company expand its market presence.
- Collaborating with an experienced team including an Account Handler/Estimator, Artworker, and installation overseer to ensure seamless project delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- A proven track record in business development, ideally in large format printed graphics or related print industries.
- Strong knowledge of events, exhibitions, retail campaigns, or signage.
- A self-starter with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
- A personable, relaxed approach that fits the company’s supportive and banter-filled culture.
- Local to the Northwest region, with some office presence preferred (flexibility offered by the Managing Director).
