As a Large Format Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, overseeing large format print projects, and ensuring seamless execution from brief to delivery. This role requires hands-on client interaction, including attending site visits to conduct surveys and assess project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring outstanding service and long-term relationship building.
  • Project Oversight: Manage large format print projects from initial brief through to production, installation, and delivery.
  • Site Surveys: Conduct on-site surveys to assess installation requirements and provide expert guidance on best solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including design, production, and installation, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify challenges early and implement solutions to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and support new business initiatives.
