We’re hiring a Senior Creative to help shape bold, memorable work across a dynamic roster of clients. This is a role with real influence — you’ll partner closely with leadership, contribute to standout campaigns, and help elevate creative thinking across the agency. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with two Associate Creative Directors to develop big ideas across clients and new business pitches
- Generate original concepts that translate brand stories into impactful campaigns
- Contribute to creative work from initial idea through to execution, ensuring quality throughout
- Partner with teams across the agency to deliver integrated, effective creative solutions
- Support and mentor junior creatives, helping them grow their confidence and craft
- Bring a strong point of view to creative discussions while remaining open and collaborative
- Play an active role in building a positive, curious and ambitious creative culture
Qualifications
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) within PR, advertising or related creative environments
- A strong portfolio of ideas-led work that demonstrates strategic and creative thinking
- Ability to develop concepts that earn attention and resonate with audiences
- Confidence working across multiple briefs and adapting to different client needs
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across disciplines and seniority levels
- A proactive mindset — comfortable taking initiative and ownership of your work
