Overview
We are hiring an Account Manager to join one of the UK's most celebrated creative PR agencies.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on campaigns that spark conversation, earn headlines, capture attention and deliver meaningful results for some of the world's best-loved consumer brands.
You'll play a key role in bringing ideas to life, building trusted client relationships and helping create work that people genuinely want to talk about.

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day management of client accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring consistently excellent delivery.
- Drive PR campaigns from brief through to execution, coordinating activity, timelines and resources to achieve campaign objectives.
- Develop media engagement strategies and support proactive outreach that secures high-quality coverage and visibility.
- Manage the delivery of creative campaign assets, including events, photography, video content and influencer activations.
- Oversee project plans, monitor progress against KPIs and provide clear updates and recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Support and coach junior team members, helping them develop their skills, confidence and effectiveness.
- Contribute ideas, insights and solutions in client meetings, creative brainstorms and new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience managing PR campaigns and client relationships within an agency or related communications environment.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and adapt messaging for different audiences.
- A good understanding of the UK media landscape and how to identify opportunities for impactful storytelling.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Confidence working collaboratively with colleagues, clients, suppliers and external partners.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and campaign requirements.
