Role Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Recruitment Consultant from the UK to join our U.S. office in New York, focusing on public practice recruitment. This is a unique opportunity to relocate to one of the most dynamic global markets with full visa sponsorship provided by the company. You will be responsible for placing qualified professionals into accounting firms across the U.S., with a particular focus on roles within audit, tax, advisory, and outsourced finance. You will be working with both large and boutique public accounting firms, managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, and helping candidates achieve their career goals in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships within U.S. public accounting firms
- Develop and grow a pipeline of qualified candidates across audit, tax, and advisory disciplines
Requirements:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within public practice or professional services
- Based in the UK and open to relocation to New York
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious, target-driven, and highly organized
- Previous experience placing roles within accountancy & finance is highly desirable
