Job Description
Taylor Hawkes is looking for a motivated and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team, focused on delivering high-quality candidates into the US Professional Services market. This is a candidate-led role, best suited to individuals who are confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle, with experience of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
We welcome applications from Recruitment Consultants who are currently experienced and in trainee positions.
Your Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from initial outreach to placement.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter to identify, approach, and engage top-tier candidates across the US.
- Market Mapping & Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified professionals.
- Client Interaction: Liaise with internal client managers to understand role requirements and candidate briefs.
- Candidate Engagement: Conduct structured interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Reporting & Process Management: Maintain accurate records across systems and contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing strategies.
- Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders alike.
Your Skills
- Previous recruitment experience.
- Strong track record in sourcing and placing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Expertise in Boolean search and talent mapping techniques.
- Experience recruiting within Professional Services (e.g. Legal, Accounting, Finance) is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Self-starter attitude and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with modern recruitment tools, including CRM and video interviewing platforms.
