Taylor Hawkes is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our fully remote team, focused on delivering high-quality candidates into the US Professional Services market. This is a candidate-led role, best suited to individuals who are confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle, with a strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools. We welcome applications from consultants with experience in Professional Services recruitment, although high-performing individuals from adjacent sectors with demonstrable transferable skills will also be considered.
Your Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from initial outreach to placement.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter to identify, approach, and engage top-tier candidates across the US.
- Market Mapping & Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified professionals.
- Client Interaction: Liaise with internal client managers to understand role requirements and candidate briefs.
- Candidate Engagement: Conduct structured interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Reporting & Process Management: Maintain accurate records across systems and contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing strategies.
- Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders alike.
Your Skills:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a recruitment consultancy environment.
- Strong track record in sourcing and placing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Expertise in Boolean search and talent mapping techniques.
- Experience recruiting within Professional Services (e.g. Legal, Accounting, Finance) is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
- Self-starter attitude and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with modern recruitment tools, including CRM and video interviewing platforms.
