The Role
We are seeking a high-performing Production Coordinator to join the Taylor & Hart Production and Workshop Team.
As Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality production processes. Your responsibilities will include quality control and operations support to maintain high standards and meet production targets.
Work Listing
- Perform quality checks on finished jewellery (QC5) according to company standards.
- Inspect aftercare products in line with standards.
- Gather and report detailed feedback for jewellery contractors and manufacturers, including images.
- Input aftercare requests into our system.
- Coordinate with the customer care team regarding issues or delays.
- Collaborate with the workshop team on inspection outcomes and customer requests.
Ideal Candidate
- Basic understanding of jewellery making techniques and manufacturing processes.
- Basic knowledge of diamonds and precious gemstones.
