Our client, a respected international firm, is seeking a Head of Compliance and MLRO to join its senior leadership team. This is a high-profile role combining Board level influence with hands-on accountability for regulatory compliance across the UK and Europe.

The successful candidate will bring deep compliance expertise to shape organisational strategy, safeguard integrity and translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable advice. The role requires a senior compliance leader with extensive knowledge of financial regulation, governance, conduct risk and operational resilience, able to drive a strong compliance culture, provide insightful reporting and deliver robust challenge where needed.

Experience across financial services, ideally in commercial banking or asset finance, is highly desirable. Resilient, decisive and solutions focused, the successful candidate will inspire confidence across the compliance function, Exco and the Board, demonstrating both strategic vision and the emotional intelligence to lead high-performing teams across multiple jurisdictions while enabling responsible growth.
