Our client, a well-established and progressive financial services organisation, is looking to appoint a Head of Change & Innovation to lead its evolving operational transformation agenda. This is a highly visible and delivery-focused role that requires an individual who is able to combine strategic oversight with active delivery involvement to ensure execution.
The successful candidate will take ownership of enterprise-wide change, ensuring the organisation is positioned to respond, adapt and grow in a fast-moving and highly regulated environment. You will shape and deliver a clear vision for change and innovation, leading a small portfolio of strategic initiatives focused on enhancing the society's operating model, improving efficiency and strengthening member outcomes.
Working in close partnership with the Executive Team and Board, you will provide leadership and direction across all programmes, ensuring change is not only delivered effectively but embedded and sustained across the business. You will be an experienced operational leader with a proven track record of delivering change and transformation ideally within financial services; however, other sectors will be considered.
You will combine strategic insight with a hands-on approach, strong stakeholder influence and the ability to translate ambition into practical delivery. The ability to challenge, guide and support at senior levels will be essential.
This is a compelling opportunity to play a central role in shaping a more responsive, innovative and forward-looking organisation, helping to deliver lasting value for both members and colleagues. The role is based in Stafford with hybrid working and reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
