Are you a senior engineer who loves enabling teams to move faster, without breaking things? We’re hiring a Lead Platform Engineer to shape and scale a modern AWS platform. You’ll define the foundations that help engineering teams ship quickly, safely, and consistently, while also enabling practical, secure adoption of AI. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on enablement, not gatekeeping.
What you’ll do:
- Own and evolve AWS platform foundations (multi-account, IAM, networking, guardrails)
- Improve CI/CD, deployment patterns, and self-service capabilities
- Embed security, observability, and reliability by default
- Enable teams to adopt AI safely with the right tooling and standards
- Drive better developer experience across tooling, automation, and workflows
What you’ll bring:
- Strong platform engineering / DevOps / SRE background
