Are you a senior engineer who loves enabling teams to move faster, without breaking things? We’re hiring a Lead Platform Engineer to shape and scale a modern AWS platform. You’ll define the foundations that help engineering teams ship quickly, safely, and consistently, while also enabling practical, secure adoption of AI. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on enablement, not gatekeeping.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and evolve AWS platform foundations (multi-account, IAM, networking, guardrails)
  • Improve CI/CD, deployment patterns, and self-service capabilities
  • Embed security, observability, and reliability by default
  • Enable teams to adopt AI safely with the right tooling and standards
  • Drive better developer experience across tooling, automation, and workflows

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong platform engineering / DevOps / SRE background
  • Deep AWS experience (infra, IAM, environments, scaling patterns)
  • Experience with CI/CD, IaC, and shared tooling
  • Solid understanding of security, observability, and production systems
