We are currently exploring an exciting opportunity for an AI Analyst / AI Solutions Contractor to support the development and evolution of AI-powered assistants and agents across the business. This is an early-stage initiative focused on leveraging existing enterprise AI platforms to drive productivity, automation, and innovation.

Key technologies include:

  • Enterprise generative AI platforms leveraging leading LLMs (e.g. GPT, Gemini)
  • Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, including Chat, Microsoft 365, Agent Builder, and Copilot Studio

We are looking for someone who can help:

  • Design, develop, and maintain AI assistants and AI agents
  • Identify practical AI use cases across business functions
  • Support integration and optimisation of existing AI tools
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows and productivity
  • Contribute to testing, governance, documentation, and continuous improvement activities

Ideal Experience:

  • Experience working with generative AI tools and LLM-based solutions
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and/or Copilot Studio
  • Understanding of AI assistant and agent development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
