Looking to leverage your sales expertise in a role with real purpose? As a Publishing Licensing Coordinator, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of global licensing partnerships, working with prestigious institutions to deliver Taylor & Francis's extensive collection of scholarly content while exceeding ambitious revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed annual corporate licensing sales targets, supporting the overall revenue and profit objectives of the team.
  • Report on sales and prospects pipeline, provide forecasting for managed accounts, report relevant information to stakeholders, and assist in the transition to the next‑generation pipeline management version.
  • Negotiate new partnership agreements and current partner renewal agreements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners.
  • Serve as the primary communication touchpoint for assigned partners.
  • Analyse the current Taylor & Francis portfolio and align it with licensing opportunities to drive revenue.
  • Review the list of currently included titles in full once per year with partners.
  • Collect partners' reports and request invoice generation, updating the team's spreadsheets accordingly.
  • Analyse partner‑provided data and Taylor & Francis collected data for upsell opportunities.
  • Research publishing prospects and marketing trends to drive revenue growth and identify new revenue streams, sharing relevant insights with the licensing team that may impact licensing revenue.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance licensing market coverage.
  • Meet customer expectations by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
  • Support and involve yourself in departmental projects.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a commercial sales environment.
  • Confidently work with a range of computer systems, including Excel.
  • Knowledge of the scholarly or academic publishing industry, intellectual property and copyright.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and a customer‑focused approach.

Location

Milton Park, Oxfordshire (commutable distance from the office). Minimum 3 days per week in‑person time is required. The office will relocate to Oxford City Centre in late 2027/early 2028.
