We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive - Paid Social to join our Performance Marketing Team on a permanent basis. This role will be a key player in the implementation and development of paid social at Taylor & Francis, maximizing growth and return on investment. Reporting to the Paid Social Manager, the successful candidate will be a keen collaborator, regularly liaising with planning teams within marketing, analytics teams, and the wider business.
You will be responsible for:
- Ownership of specific paid social campaign plans and performance.
- Lead paid social activity across all territories, ensuring performance is optimized to achieve high levels of growth with an ROI focus.
- Work closely with the planning teams to recommend effective growth strategies and budgets.
- Effectively collaborate with other teams and internal stakeholders.
- Lead paid social innovation within the team, keeping abreast of market trends and developments, and identifying new platforms, tech, and audiences to drive our social offering forward.
- Utilizing a clear test-and-learn agenda.
- Clearly communicate social performance and uncover growth levers, effectively documenting our strategies and approach, to drive common understanding and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience and expertise in managing paid social ad campaigns in platforms such as LinkedIn and Meta.
- An awareness of key commercial issues such as profitability, growth, strategy evaluation and selection, and business development.
- Possess a high degree of understanding of market conditions and commercial opportunities.
- High degree of proficiency in their area.
- Effectively manages all information related to projects and corresponding KPIs.
- Able to effectively present information to a variety of stakeholders.
- Maintains advanced knowledge of new marketing/industry trends.
- Focused on self-development.

The successful candidate will be able to utilise our balanced working model. We ask that candidates live within a commutable distance of our offices to ensure that as a balanced worker they can make it to our office locations to collaborate as required. There is an expectation for a minimum of 3 days per week in-person time, with those 3 days a week spent in our office in Milton Park, Oxfordshire.
