The successful individual will be a friendly and flexible individual, working within a close team to support all departments within the firm with their mail requirements, deliveries and catering requirements, including general housekeeping, and supporting reception as and when required to consistently deliver a high standard of customer service both to internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collecting DX.
  • Dealing with post and DX.
  • Scanning of incoming mail.
  • Printing of outgoing post & DX.
  • External hand deliveries.
  • Internal deliveries and collections including stationery requests and distribution.
  • Liaising with our external suppliers for file archive and retrieval.
  • Catering requirements.
  • Housekeeping of post area and meeting rooms.
  • Dealing with confidential waste.
  • Photocopying and scanning.

A good level of IT competence including using Outlook, Word, and other relevant legal software is required. The Administrator will require excellent time management, organisational and customer service skills, the ability to work in a team‑orientated and collaborative environment and to be pro‑active and flexible.
