As an Assistant Conveyancer you will be part of a team to provide comprehensive support and advice on a range of specialised Residential Property matters. Proven experience of supporting and/or managing a residential conveyancing caseload is required.
Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process, compliance and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to:
- Sale transactions from start to finish
- Exchange and completions
- Searches and reports
Comfortable using case management systems and digital processes.
