About the role
As an Assistant Conveyancer, you will be part of a team providing comprehensive support and advice on a range of specialised Residential Property matters. You will be able to:
- Support a range of property transactions
- Deliver high standards of client care and a first-class customer experience
- Work commercially, reflected in your case management and outcomes
- Work collaboratively as part of a team
- Achieve and deliver key outcomes for both the client and the firm
Qualifications
Proven experience of supporting and/or managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process, compliance and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to: sale transactions from start to finish, exchange and completions, searches and reports
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Experience of working collaboratively as a team is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Confident communicator who can build positive relationships with clients, colleagues and third parties
- Comfortable using case management systems and digital processes
