The Role: As an Associate, you will provide specialist comprehensive legal advice to clients with a range of complex requirements. With at least 3, up to 5 years of post-qualified experience you will be able to:
- Deliver high standards of client care and a first-class client experience.
- Work commercially which is reflected in your case management and outcomes.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Achieve and deliver key outcomes both for the client and the firm.
- Be an expert in complex succession planning, tax mitigation and estate administration.
- Have strong drafting skills for wills, trusts and associated legal documents.
- Have experience with high net worth individuals and families with sophisticated estate planning needs.
- Be familiar with offshore skills and have experience working alongside financial professionals and accountants.

- Provide expert legal advice on a broad range of onshore succession planning and tax mitigation strategies.
- Draft and review Wills, trust documents and estate planning instruments.
- Manage estate administration and taxation matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Advise on long-term family planning strategies, including wealth preservation and generational succession.
- Work collaboratively with accountants, investment managers, private banks and financial advisers to provide comprehensive client solutions.
