We at Taylor Bracewell are looking for an enthusiastic individual to undertake an apprenticeship in our admin department.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain knowledge, skills and experience in the working of a law firm.
Taylor Bracewell has a long history of training apprentices and providing them a career progression dependent on performance.
About the Employer
Taylor Bracewell Law Ltd is a reputed firm of solicitors with two offices in Doncaster.
The firm deals with conveyancing, wills and probate, family law, employment law, dispute resolution and commercial property law.
It provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere for staff and has a history of successfully recruiting apprentices based on performance.
Some former apprentices have progressed to fee earners.
What You'll Do
- Photocopying, scanning and general paperwork
- Opening and circulating post around the firm
- Collecting post in time for the Post Office
- Inputting clients’ data onto the firm’s case management system
- Assisting with archival requests
- Monitoring stationery needs across the firm and ensuring adequate storage
- Going to the bank and facilitating cheque procedures
- Sorting confidential waste
- Assisting with filing
- Assisting on the reception desk, answering and transferring calls
- Any other relevant duties arising and as directed by the Practice Manager
- Training Outcome
Successful completion of the apprenticeship could lead to a higher‑level apprenticeship or full‑time employment.
Past apprentices have progressed to fee earners in conveyancing and wills & probate departments.
