We have a fantastic opportunity for a Procurement Specialist Buyer to join one of the world's leading property management firms in a newly created role designed to buy FM services (such as Lift Maintenance and Building Repair Services).
About the Role
Based in a prestigious Manchester office, you'll play a vital role in a large, strategic procurement team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support procurement and supplier management across all their client's Commercial and Residential properties.
- Involve tender processes, pricing and negotiating contracts.
- Work closely with the procurement manager and the team plus external suppliers to deliver value, efficiency, and high service standards.
What We're Looking For:
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years procurement or supply chain experience with knowledge of building services or maintenance contracts.
- Experience with the property sector of FM provider is highly desirable.
