We’re looking for an experienced Procurement Systems & Compliance Lead to take a key leadership role in procurement systems, governance, compliance and continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional who combines strong procurement process knowledge with hands-on experience of P2P, S2C and e-procurement systems, and who can drive effective controls, data quality, performance and process improvement across the procurement function.
About the Role
The Procurement Systems & Compliance Lead will take ownership of procurement systems, governance, compliance and continuous improvement, ensuring effective controls, high-quality data, and optimised processes across the procurement function.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop procurement systems, processes and data, ensuring they support business and procurement objectives.
- Manage and improve P2P, S2C and e-procurement processes.
- Own procurement governance, compliance, controls and policies, ensuring robust and consistent application.
- Identify and deliver continuous improvement and process optimisation opportunities.
- Monitor procurement performance, systems usage and data quality, using insight to drive improvements.
- Support audit, risk and assurance activities, ensuring procurement controls are effective and appropriately documented.
- Work collaboratively with Procurement, Finance, IT, suppliers and wider business stakeholders.
- Support the ongoing development and optimisation of procurement technology and digital processes.
Required Skills
- Strong procurement process knowledge with hands-on experience of P2P, S2C and e-procurement systems.
