Taylor Blackwood Associates are currently recruiting for a Machine Operative on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company in Hednesford.
This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent opportunity, offering stable day shifts and long-term work within a busy production environment.

The Role
As a Machine Operative, your responsibilities will include
- Machine minding/ machine operating
- Carrying out basic assembly duties
- Assisting with stock control and inventory management
- Supporting general production tasks
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following all health & safety procedures at all times
