Here's what you will be doing:
- Administrative support
- Facilitating regular client needs and keeping accounts organised and on track
- Helping us maintain weekly/monthly activity reports, with an eye on key milestones and current activities
- Monitoring and tracking of media coverage and social media sentiment, and creating coverage reports for monthly and project recaps
- Creating tailored press and events lists
- Coordinating calls, meetings, and media opportunities
- Learning the ins and outs of the brands we work with
- Support senior management in streamlining workload and small administrative tasks
Media liaison and outreach:
- Identify journalists and publications in gaming, esports, and business publications that we can pitch to
- Build a strong network of media friendlies, and maintain those relationships
- Craft unique and well-tailored pitches for relevant journalists
- Secure coverage and celebrate wins!
About you:
