We advise a wide range of organisations, from start-ups and scale-ups to the world’s biggest companies. Our work spans sectors, from tech to healthcare, infrastructure to sport, non-profits to businesses and disruptors to incumbents.

About the internship:

  • Four-week paid (London Living Wage) internship, with the potential for extension.
  • Opportunity to work directly on projects for clients across multiple industries.
  • Allocated a mentor to ensure that your time at Fleetwood is both valuable and enjoyable.
  • Opportunities to network with partners and team members across the company.
  • Laptop provided for the duration of the internship.
  • Flexible working hours, with a minimum of three days a week in the London office.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Public Affairs & Communications team to deliver high-quality work for clients across multiple industries.
  • Support with the development of parliamentary and media monitoring notes for clients.
  • Develop stakeholder maps for clients across sectors.
  • Conduct desktop research on a wide range of policy issues impacting clients.
  • Identify and research new business opportunities for partners.
  • Over the course of the four-week programme, you will also research an organisation that you believe Fleetwood could support. In the final week, you will present your findings and recommendations to partners and team members.

The ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Strong interest in, and understanding of, UK politics and the impact of government policy on business.
  • Based in London or within commutable distance to the city.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
