Overview of the Role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Account Manager to join our travel division. As a Senior Digital Account Manager, you will lead the day-to-day social media and digital operations for a portfolio of high-profile travel and destination clients. You’ll partner closely with Account Directors across a diverse client base, taking campaigns from concept through execution while ensuring every activation delivers impact, creativity, and measurable visibility. Your work will include social strategy, content calendar development, reporting, content creation, influencer partnerships, and client counsel. You will organize and host events, manage creator collaborations, and play a key role in shaping and delivering influencer trips. Strong relationships with creators and talent partners will be central to your success, alongside your ability to manage deadlines, navigate multiple workstreams, and bring fresh, strategic ideas to the table. We’re looking for a proactive self-starter who takes ownership, anticipates needs, and drives work forward with confidence.

Day to Day

No two days look the same. Core hours are 9:00–17:00, Monday to Friday; however, the nature of the role may require hosting evening events or supporting early morning activations outside of typical office hours. This role follows a hybrid working model with access to our Old Street office in London. We welcome applicants across the UK who can occasionally attend in‑person meetings and team collaboration sessions.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day social and digital activity across a portfolio of travel and destination clients
  • Help develop social strategies, content calendars, influencer campaigns, and reporting
  • Manage content creation timelines and coordinate with internal teams, creators, and partners
  • Support influencer and creator partnerships, events, and press trips
  • Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to regular account communications
  • Assist with campaign reporting, performance tracking, and project management
  • Stay up to date on social media, digital, and travel trends
  • Contribute ideas and collaborate across the wider team

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain high proficiency across digital tools and platforms, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Bring strong commercial awareness, connecting creative thinking to measurable business impact.
  • Effectively manage high-pressure situations and competing priorities.
  • Be available to travel for client meetings, events, and creator trips as needed.
  • Demonstrate understanding of financial and performance management principles.

Skills Required

  • 3–5 years of experience in an agency, PR, digital, social media, or marketing environment
  • Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands is helpful but not required
  • Strong understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and digital communications
  • Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident working across different teams and client accounts
  • Comfortable using social media and digital tools, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • University degree or equivalent experience preferred
