Industry Experience
- Proven senior operational leadership experience within construction, engineering, M&E, energy, utilities or industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of the Scottish market and experience delivering projects across Scotland.
- Demonstrable experience working within the energy sector, including renewables, power, utilities or related infrastructure projects.
- Experience managing geographically dispersed project portfolios.

Responsibilities

- Ensure projects achieve safety, quality, programme and financial targets.

- Drive continuous improvement across operations, planning and project controls.
- Provide leadership, mentoring and succession planning for operational teams.
- Deliver the current portfolio of work secured in the Energy Sector.
A senior operational leader with significant experience preferably electrically in Scotland's construction, engineering or energy sectors who combines strong people leadership with commercial awareness and programme planning expertise. The successful candidate will be comfortable travelling across Scotland and managing a diverse portfolio of projects from the Central Belt through to the Highlands and Northeast.
