Taylor & Francis is seeking a Customer Success Specialist in the UK to drive customer outcomes and satisfaction across strategic accounts.

You will be the main service contact, ensure first-time resolution, and manage orders, invoices, quotes, returns, and claims with accuracy.

Utilising SAP/Salesforce, you will liaise with Commercial teams and other departments, maintaining strong relationships while aiming for reduced customer effort and high CSAT scores.
