Taylor & Francis is seeking a Research Lead to own the qualitative understanding of our users. Reporting to the Head of Product Design, you’ll uncover user motivations, mental models, and unmet needs through interviews, usability studies, and diary studies, working alongside Customer Intelligence and Data Science.

You will lead generative, discovery, evaluative, and data-partnered research to guide roadmap decisions, develop research literacy across teams, and advocate for investment in user.
