You will be able to plan your teams workload to ensure maximum efficiency.Communication – You will communicate clearly and positively with all partiesincluding the customer and the public, setting and meeting targets and deadlinesand ensuring the efficient use of resources. Work mobiles will be kept with you at alltimes and answered immediately when safe to do so. You will also ensure that allpersonal calls are restricted to lunch and tea breaks except in an emergency.Team Management – You will have day to day responsibility for team memberswhilst on site and the project they are working on. Your primary responsibility is forboth the quality of the work and meeting work rate targets and deadlines. You willalso be responsible for the behaviour of team members, their adherence to siterules and the appearance of the team and vehicles.Knowledge of trees and shrubs is preferred. Planting and Turfing experience is preferred. Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset. Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Previous experience in an operative role is highly desirable.
