The Role
As Deputy Garden Centre Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the centre, supporting the Garden Centre Manager in all aspects of leadership and commercial performance. Alongside this, you will take direct responsibility for the Plant Area, ensuring it is well-presented, fully stocked, and delivering excellent sales result.
