This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of the office administration function while providing support across residential construction projects. Key Responsibilities: * Managing daily office operations, telephone calls, emails and correspondence. * Acting as the first point of contact for customers, tenants and suppliers. * Coordinating appointments, meetings and general administration. * Maintaining construction documentation, drawings, registers and compliance records. * Supporting site teams with progress reports, procurement and project administration. * Assisting with customer care, maintenance enquiries and property management. * Developing and maintaining efficient office systems and procedures. Ideal Candidate: * Previous experience in office management, administration or document control. * Experience within construction, residential development or property would be advantageous. * Strong organisational, communication and IT skills. * Confident managing multiple responsibilities independently. * Proactive, reliable and comfortable working within a growing business.
