A leading Facilities maintenance contractor specialising in providing full HVAC design, installation, maintenance support, are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to work within a small, dynamic team. You will be responsible for the growth and development of your own leads and turning lapsed accounts active again. This is an office based role, Monday to Friday no weekends.

Job Requirements:

  • Increase sales with current clients.
  • Pro-actively developing new customers.
  • Liaising with Managers to agree target markets.
  • Following up on quotations and dealing with customer enquiries.
  • Seek out new opportunities/clients and work alongside Department Managers to provide professional quotations/responses.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Word / Excel / Outlook.
  • Driving License (no more than six points).
  • Positive attitude to Customer Service.
  • Maintain a presence on social media platforms.

The Successful will need to demonstrate:

  • Proven track record in sales.
  • 3+ years development skills preferably within the industry.
