Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and support on complex HR matters
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance cases
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of employee records
- Drive employee engagement initiatives aligned with organisational strategy
- Analyse and report on HR metrics to support informed business decisions
- Contribute to senior‑level HR strategy discussions and implementation plans
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years’ HR experience, including people or HR management responsibility
- Experience working within an organisation of 50+ employees
- CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification (or currently working towards)
- Strong, up‑to‑date knowledge of UK employment legislation and regulatory changes
- High levels of discretion with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (preferred)
