Renewable Electrical Site Manager Salary: £45,000 per annum + Bonus Incentives Location: Wales & South-West England Working Hours: Monday to Friday 4 nights away every 5th Week Working Away:4 nights away every 5th Week Transport: Company vehicle and fuel card provided Accommodation: Fully arranged and paid About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renewable Electrical Site Manager to join our dynamic Renewables Department. This role is integral to our Electrics Division, which supports energy installations across various sites with precision and a commitment to excellence. As Site Manager, you will oversee electrical projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, technical regulations, and quality benchmarks. You will lead a team of skilled electricians, provide technical guidance, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities * Conduct regular site visits to monitor live installations, including: * Solar PV electrical connections * ASHP (Air Source Heat Pump) installations * General electrical works * DMEV (Decentralised Mechanical Extract Ventilation) systems * Collaborate with Quality Supervisors and Assessors to uphold high standards. * Evaluate team performance and identify training needs. * Serve as the primary technical contact for on-site electricians. * Complete and review health and safety documentation. * Conduct site inductions and oversee onboarding of new staff. * Perform regular inspections of vehicles and stock for compliance and readiness.
