In this pivotal role, you will ensure the quality, safety, and compliance of all electrical installations, while supporting and guiding our team of electricians. Your leadership will directly contribute to the continued success and reputation . ✅ Key Responsibilities * Report to the Operations Manager on project quality and performance * Maintain and improve systems to ensure consistent quality standards * Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and CDM regulations * Oversee project direction and progress, liaising with installation teams * Conduct live installation reviews and certification audits * Manage inspection, testing, and documentation of all electrical works * Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement 🧠 What You’ll Need * Proven experience as a Quality Supervisor or similar role * Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail * In-depth knowledge of domestic electrical systems * Ability to work independently and collaboratively * Excellent communication and reporting abilities 🎓 Required Qualifications * Level 3 Qualified Electrician * Inspection & Testing Certification * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (current)
