TAY Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a large construction company based in Darlington, overseeing contracts. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and highly organized professional to manage refurbishment projects within the commercial and educational sectors. The salary will be around 60K negotiable plus 5k car allowance for the right candidate. The position will also include 25 days holiday + bank holidays, Pension, Laptop and mobile phone. The position will also involve some occasional working and staying away.
