Are you an experienced CNC Bending Operator looking for a new opportunity in a well-established manufacturing company? Our client, a leading international manufacturer based in Rhondda, is seeking a skilled CNC Bending Operator/Programmer to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and program CNC bending machines to produce high-quality components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
- Use precision measuring tools including verniers, callipers, and micrometres.
- Work with a range of metals including stainless steel and aluminium.
- Perform machine maintenance and ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Remove and clean finished parts to prepare for production.
- Conduct quality control checks on all produced parts.
- Maintain accurate documentation and production records.
- Meet production deadlines and targets consistently.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in CNC bending or a machine shop environment.
- Must have experience of using BLME-Turn CNC tube bending machine.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and measurement tools.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing work of a high standard.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
