An established Financial Services firm is looking for a hungry and ambitious Team Assistant to support a large client facing team.
Supporting this business will require someone who is confident, proactive, conscientious and hardworking. Duties will include diary and travel management on a global scale, processing expenses and document management etc.

2-3 years experience supporting in a similar role, ideally within financial services.

Must have experience with extensive diary management for multiple individuals.

Must have experience scheduling across time zones.

Accuracy and attention to detail.

High degree of business acumen.

Stress resistant whilst under pressure.

Ability to multi-task and meet a number of deadlines.

Professionalism and awareness of corporate surroundings.

Intermediate Experience of MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
