We are working with a highly regarded international financial services firm to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for its London HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around two years' recruitment coordination experience gained within financial services who is looking to continue building their career within an in-house Talent Acquisition function.
The role has a broad remit, supporting both experienced hire and early careers recruitment across Europe and Asia-Pacific, with plenty of scope to develop beyond day-to-day interview scheduling. Based in London, you will work closely with the local HR and recruitment teams whilst also partnering with colleagues internationally. This is a busy, professional environment where pace, accuracy and the ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels are essential.
The role includes:
- Coordinating interviews across multiple diaries, locations and international time zones
- Managing candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
- Preparing offers and supporting the associated administration
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records, candidate information and reporting
- Coordinating pre-employment checks, references and right-to-work documentation
- Supporting graduate, intern and early careers recruitment programmes
- Helping to organise assessment centres, interviews and recruitment events across Europe
- Arranging candidate and internal travel, accommodation and event logistics
- Coordinating elements of graduate and intern training programmes
- Processing recruitment-related invoices and expenses
- Working closely with HR, Compliance and other internal teams throughout the hiring and onboarding process
- Supporting employer branding, recruitment events and wider Talent Acquisition initiatives
- Liaising with external recruitment partners and suppliers
We are looking for someone with a minimum of two years' recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience, with experience gained within financial services being important for this appointment. You may currently be working within an in-house Talent Acquisition team, an RPO supporting a financial services client, or another recruitment environment that has given you strong exposure to the sector.
You will need to be highly organised, comfortable managing several priorities at once and confident working with demanding diaries and stakeholders. You should be someone who remains calm when priorities change, follows through on detail and communicates professionally with candidates and colleagues alike. This would particularly suit someone who enjoys the coordination and operational side of recruitment but is keen to broaden their experience.
The role offers exposure to international recruitment, early careers, training programmes, employer branding and wider Talent Acquisition projects, making it a strong next step for someone committed to developing their career within this area.
