Tay Associates have partnered with a prestigious Private Equity House based in stunning Central London offices seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Executive Assistant to support a small team of Managing Directors. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Executive Assistant / EA to Managing Directors with experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Financial Services. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and close-knit team of Executive Assistants known for their positive and professional culture.

The Role:

As Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to several Managing Directors, combining traditional EA responsibilities with the ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities effectively.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic and complex diary management across multiple time zones
  • Coordinating extensive international travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Preparing and processing expenses
  • Acting as a key point of contact for senior stakeholders and internal teams
  • Supporting with meeting coordination and general administrative support
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems/CRM where required

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience supporting Managing Director level executives within a corporate Financial Services environment
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
