A Boutique Investment Firm is seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant to support their Managing Director of Business Development and the wider team of Investment professionals. Based in beautiful Mayfair offices, the Executive Assistant will deliver day-to-day, strategic diary management and complex meeting scheduling coordination across multiple global time zones, handling unexpected changes.
The Executive Assistant will provide meeting management including greeting external guests, preparing meeting rooms, compiling meeting materials, managing AV and refreshments/catering requirements, booking extensive international travel, producing detailed itineraries, and managing internal and external client-facing events. The Executive Assistant will have extensive interface with HNW clients and their EAs, working on client projects such as corporate gifting.
The Executive Assistant will demonstrate they can interact confidently with HNWs, senior executives, and stakeholders, they never miss a follow up or detail that could impact client relationships. The Executive Assistant will demonstrate they understand corporate etiquette and high-level client expectations and showcase their ability to provide seamless support to a senior executive and team under pressure.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Business Fluent English
- Minimum 3 years relevant professional experience, preferably in a Corporate Financial or Professional Services environment
- Able to juggle a varied workload, meet deadlines, and plan ahead
- Able to work with a high degree of accuracy and autonomy
- High EQ alongside exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- University educated or graduate calibre
