We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Legal PA to join a busy, professional team. This is a fast-paced and varied role, ideal for someone with a strong litigation background who enjoys delivering high-quality support.
The role will include:
- Providing full PA support to fee earners, including diary management, call handling, and meeting coordination
- Organising travel arrangements (trains, flights, hotels, and taxis)
- Managing post, couriers, office supplies, and general office queries
- Assisting with file opening, compliance checks and maintaining accurate client records
- Supporting fee earners with KYC documentation and engagement processes
- Monitoring files, chasing outstanding documentation and assisting with file closing
- Preparing and editing draft bills, checking accuracy, and producing billing correspondence
- Liaising with the Legal Cashier on invoices, disbursements, and expenses
- Formatting and amending documents and PDFs
- Preparing litigation bundles, including indexing, pagination, hyperlinking, and distribution
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous Legal PA experience, within litigation
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word
- Experience with iManage and/or Clio (preferred)
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- A CILEX Legal Secretarial Diploma (advantageous)
