A prestigious Financial Services firm is seeking a proactive and highly competent Executive Assistant to join their front-office on a permanent basis. Based in the heart of the City, the Executive Assistant will support senior executives and a wider team ensuring the administrative support they receive is world-class.

The Executive Assistant will be a master of the traditional EA fundamentals such as strategic calendar management across multiple time zones, meeting preparation, arranging complex global travel, processing expenses, and collaborating with and covering for other EAs. The Executive Assistant will demonstrate a proven track record of successfully supporting senior executives within commercial and intense work environments, with a keen ability to manage competing priorities at pace.
