Overview

Were seeking an experienced Team Assistant to support a fast-paced team. The ideal candidate has 3 years TA experience (with 2 years in banking or financial services preferred) and a proven track record of supporting large, busy teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume calendars and coordinate complex meetings.
  • Arrange international and domestic travel, including visas, hotels, and itineraries.
  • Process expenses accurately and on time.
  • Handle high-volume calls and maintain banker contacts.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc projects.
