The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level support to senior leaders and operationally complex teams. This role requires a proactive, highly organised individual who can navigate competing priorities with discretion, sound judgment, and a solutions-oriented mindset. You will act as a trusted partner, ensuring leaders are optimally positioned to focus on strategic initiatives and client impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex, high-volume calendars, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and resolving scheduling conflicts with efficiency.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, expense reporting (via Concur), and end-to-end logistics for meetings, events, and offsites.
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and responsiveness.
- Anticipate business needs and proactively address administrative challenges before they arise.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality and integrity.
- Partner closely with the wider Administrative community to provide seamless team coverage and operational continuity.

- Strong problem-solving capabilities and confident decision-making.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Concur.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years experience as an EA within financial services.
