Are you a bubbly, confident communicator looking for your next assignment as a receptionist? Tay Associates have partnered with a financial service client who is on the lookout for an additional receptionist to work alongside another Receptionist. You will be providing exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for the company. This role requires you to meet and greet all visitors who enter the office, answering phones and transferring calls, taking accurate messages where needed, comprehensive diary management and arranging appointments and booking travel.

Requirements:

  • 1 years’ experience as a receptionist for a corporate organisation
  • Confident working autonomously and work well under pressure with the changing environment.
  • Intermediate experience of MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
