Are you an experienced, proactive Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment?

The Role As a Personal Assistant, you’ll provide first‑class support to a busy and growing team— including Managing Director, Directors, Vice Presidents, Associates, and Analysts. You’ll be the central point of coordination, ensuring seamless organisation and communication across multiple time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, multi‑leg international travel arrangements with precision and foresight.
  • Process and reconcile expenses and invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce contacts and client information to the highest standard.
  • Oversee complex diary management across global regions, balancing priorities and anticipating scheduling needs.
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative and logistical support to ensure the team operates smoothly and efficiently.
