This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and hands‑on Facilities/Operations professional looking to join a fast‑paced and professional environment where no two days are the same. The Operations Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office environment. The successful candidate will help maintain a safe, organised, and efficient workplace while delivering excellent support to both internal teams and external contractors. This role would suit someone who is organised, reliable, approachable, and happy to take a hands‑on approach to office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the day‑to‑day management of office facilities/Operations
- Assisting with conference room bookings and meeting room set‑ups
- Conducting daily and weekly office inspections, reporting any issues identified
- Managing office equipment ordering and replenishment
- Carrying out internal mail distribution and office runs
- Supporting office health & safety checks and reporting findings
- Escorting contractors on‑site and assisting with access and compliance procedures
- Assisting with ad‑hoc facilities and operational tasks as required

- Previous experience within Facilities, Office Services, or Workplace Support
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
