A reputable professional services organisation is looking for a proactive Junior PA/Office Assistant to provide high-quality administrative and executive support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to develop in a professional, fast-paced environment while supporting senior executives and front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide phone cover for the CEO overflow line and manage calls from reception
  • Meet and greet clients in a professional manner, offering refreshments as required
  • Coordinate courier services and manage incoming/outgoing post
  • Organise meeting room bookings and assist with Zoom/Teams meetings set-up
  • Support diary management and arrange meetings for senior executives
  • Book cars, taxis, and restaurants for executives as needed
  • Draft emails, letters, and prepare documents, presentations, and reports
  • Scan, file, photocopy, and bind legal and administrative documents
  • Assist with preparing documentation for signature and compliance record-keeping
  • Support general office administration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous administrative, or office support experience is advantageous
  • Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
