This is a dedicated front-of-house role, working closely with a small and highly professional support team. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and delivering an exceptional experience for employees, clients and visitors. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a consistently excellent and professional front-of-house experience
- Meet, greet and register visitors and provide refreshments
- Answer all incoming calls to the London main line and manage messages
- Prepare meeting rooms and support meetings and office events
- Manage incoming and outgoing post and courier deliveries
- Oversee meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are maintained and presentable
- Order and manage office supplies, snacks and refreshments
- Provide administrative support to the Office Manager
- Assist with office events and social committee activities
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Receptionist role (financial or professional services preferred)
- Strong customer service mindset with a passion for delivering high-level service
- Well-presented with a professional and approachable manner
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
- Flexible, proactive and solutions-focused
